Common use of Non-solicitation of Company’s Employees Clause in Contracts

Non-solicitation of Company’s Employees. Executive agrees that during the term of this Agreement and for a period of one (1) year after the termination of this Agreement, Executive will not, either directly or indirectly, separately or in association with others, interfere with, impair, disrupt or damage Company’s business by soliciting, encouraging or attempting to hire any of Company’s employees or causing others to solicit or encourage any of Company’s employees to discontinue their employment with Company.

Executive agrees that during the term of this Agreement and for a period of one (1) year after the termination of this Agreement, Executive will not, either directly or indirectly, separately or in association with others, interfere with, impair, disrupt or damage Company’s 's business by soliciting, encouraging or attempting to hire any of Company’s 's employees or causing others to solicit or encourage any of Company’s 's employees to discontinue their employment with Company.

Executive agrees that during the term of this Agreement and for a period of one twelve (112) year months after after the termination of this AgreementExecutive’s employment with Company, Executive will not, either directly or indirectly, separately or in association with others, interfere with, impair, disrupt or damage Company’s business by soliciting, encouraging or attempting to hire any of Company’s employees or causing others to solicit or encourage any of Company’s employees to discontinue their employment with Company.

Non-solicitation of Company’s Employees. Executive agrees that during the term of this Agreement and for a period of one (1) year after the termination of this Agreementthereafter, Executive will not, either directly or indirectly, separately or in association with others, interfere withsolicit, impair, disrupt encourage or damage Company’s business by soliciting, encouraging or attempting attempt to hire any of Company’s employees individual employed by the Company during his employment or causing others to solicit or encourage any of the Company’s employees to discontinue their employment with the Company.
