Non-Solicitation of Customers After Employment. After the Participant’s separation from employment with the Group for any reason whatsoever, the Participant will not, either on the Participant’s own account or for any person, firm, partnership, corporation, or other entity, use the Group’s trade secrets to solicit, induce, or attempt to induce any past or current customer of the Group (i) to cease doing business, in whole or in part, with the Group; or (ii) to do business with any other person, firm, partnership, corporation, or other entity which performs services similar to or competitive with those provided by the Group.

After the Participant’s separation from employment with the Group Company for any reason whatsoever, the Participant will not, either on the Participant’s own account or for any person, firm, partnership, corporation, or other entity, use the GroupCompany’s trade secrets to solicit, induce, or attempt to induce any past or current customer of the Group Company (i) to cease doing business, in whole or in part, with the GroupCompany; or (ii) to do business with any other person, firm, partnership, corporation, or other entity which performs services similar to or competitive with those provided by the GroupCompany.

After the Participant’s separation from employment with the Company Group Members for any reason whatsoever, the Participant will not, either on the Participant’s own account or for any person, firm, partnership, corporation, or other entity, use the Group’s Company Group Members’ trade secrets to solicit, induce, or attempt to induce any past or current customer of the Company Group Members (i) to cease doing business, in whole or in part, with the GroupCompany Group Members; or (ii) to do business with any other person, firm, partnership, corporation, or other entity which performs services similar to or competitive with those provided by the GroupCompany Group Members.
