Non-Solicitation of Customers After Employment. After the Participant’s separation from employment with the Group for any reason whatsoever, the Participant will not, either on the Participant’s own account or for any person, firm, partnership, corporation, or other entity, use the Group’s trade secrets to solicit, induce, or attempt to induce any past or current customer of the Group (i) to cease doing business, in whole or in part, with the Group; or (ii) to do business with any other person, firm, partnership, corporation, or other entity which performs services similar to or competitive with those provided by the Group.
