Non-Solicitation of Customers After Employment. After Executive’s separation from employment with the Company for any reason whatsoever, Executive will not, either on his own account or for any person, firm, partnership, corporation, or other entity, use the Company’s trade secrets to solicit, induce, or attempt to induce any past or current customer of the Company (i) to cease doing business, in whole or in part, with the Company; or (ii) to do business with any other person, firm, partnership, corporation, or other entity which performs services similar to or competitive with those provided by the Company.
