Non-Solicitation of Employees and Agents. During the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the Termination Date, Employee shall not directly or indirectly induce or attempt to induce any of the employees or representatives of the Company, its subsidiaries or affiliates to leave the employ of or association with the Company, its subsidiaries or affiliates, or solicit the business of any client or customer of the Company, its subsidiaries or affiliates.
