Common use of Non-Solicitation of Employees and Agents Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Employees and Agents. Employee acknowledges and agrees that, for twenty-four (24) months after the last day of his/her employment with the Company, Employee will not, directly or indirectly, whether on behalf of Employee or others, solicit, lure or attempt to hire away any of the Company’s or its affiliates’ employees or agents. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section shall not prevent Employee from soliciting an employee or agent that has since discontinued all business dealings with the Company.
