Common use of Non-Solicitation of Employees and Contractors Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Employees and Contractors. Executive agrees that during Executive’s employment with the Company and for a period of twenty-four (24) months after such employment ends, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, whether on Executive’s own behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity, solicit, recruit or induce, or attempt to solicit, recruit or induce, any employee or independent contractor of the Company to terminate or lessen such employment or contract with the Company.

Executive agrees that during while Executive is employed with the Company or its affiliates, and for one (1) year after Executive’s employment with the Company and terminates for a period of twenty-four (24) months after such employment endsany reason, Executive will shall not, directly or indirectly, whether on Executive’s own behalf or on behalf of any other person Executive or entityothers, solicit, recruit or inducelure, or attempt to solicithire away or hire any individual who is or, recruit or inducewithin six (6) months of the date of such action, any was an employee of or independent contractor of providing services to the Company to terminate or lessen such employment or contract with the Companyany of its affiliates.
