Non-Solicitation of Employees and Independent Contractors. During the Employment Period and for 18 months after the termination of employment for any reason, Executive shall not, unless approved by the Company, directly or indirectly, solicit the employment, retention or engagement of, or hire any employee, billable independent contractor or other personnel of the Company on behalf of any person or entity. Executive shall not, indirectly or indirectly, knowingly solicit the employment, retention or engagement, or hire, of any Personnel of the Company. “
