Common use of Non-Solicitation of Employees and Independent Contractors Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Employees and Independent Contractors. During the Employment Period and for eighteen (18) months after the termination of employment for any reason, Executive shall not, unless approved by the Company, directly or indirectly, solicit the employment, retention or engagement of, or hire any employee, billable independent contractor or other personnel of the Company on behalf of any person or entity. Executive shall not, indirectly or indirectly, knowingly solicit the employment, retention or engagement, or hire, of any Personnel of the Company. “Personnel of the Company “means any employee (whether staff, temporary or leased), billable independent contractor or other personnel employed, retained or engaged by the Company at any time during the twelve months prior to the termination of Executive’s employment.
