Non-Solicitation of Employees and Others. In consideration of the covenants of all Financial Institutions contained herein, Employee agrees that during Employee’s employment with a Financial Institution, and for a period of two (2) years immediately following the termination of Employee’s employment with a Financial Institution, for whatever reason and regardless of how Employee’s employment was terminated, Employee shall not, directly or indirectly (including, but not limited to, through other individuals, any partnership, corporation or business entity in which Employee has an ownership interest or serves as an officer, employee, independent contractor, representative, agent or consultant), either for Employee’s own benefit or the benefit of any other Person:
