Common use of Non-Solicitation of Employees and Others Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Employees and Others. During the Restricted Period, (i) Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit, recruit, or induce, or attempt to solicit, recruit or induce any employee, consultant, independent contractor, vendor, supplier, or agent to terminate or otherwise adversely affect his or her employment or other business relationship (or prospective employment or business relationship) with the Company, and (ii) Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit, recruit, or induce, or attempt to solicit, recruit or induce any employee to work for Executive or any other person or entity, other than the Company or its affiliates or related entities.
