Non-Solicitation of Employees/Consultants. During Executive’s employment with the Company and for a period of one (1) year thereafter, Executive will not directly or indirectly solicit employees or consultants of the Company Group to terminate their relationship with the Company Group for Executive’s own benefit or for the benefit of any other person or entity.
