Non-Solicitation of Employees Following Employment. Executive covenants and agrees that, for a period of eighteen (18)months following the separation of Executive’s employment with the Company, regardless of the reason for separation, Executive will not, either directly or indirectly, solicit, entice, encourage, cause, or recruit any person employed by the Company and with whom Executive had contact during Executive’s employment with the Company to leave such person’s employment with the Company to join a Competing Business; provided that general solicitations of employment through media of general circulation and not directly targeting the Company’s employees shall not be a breach of this provision.
