Common use of Non-Solicitation of Group Employees Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Group Employees. During the Employment Period and for a three year period after the termination thereof, the Executive will not attempt to Solicit anyone who is then an employee of the Group (or who was an employee of the Group within the prior six months) to resign from the Group or to apply for or accept employment with any Competitive Enterprise.
