Common use of Non-Solicitation of Orders Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Orders. During the Term, and thereafter as specifically provided in Subsection 6.B.(2) or 6.D.(2), the Executive shall not, whether for himself or on behalf of any other person or company, directly or indirectly, solicit orders for the creation of antibodies in transgenic animals from any person or company, who at any time within the year prior to the end of the Term was a licensee, collaborator or customer of the Company.

Non-Solicitation of Orders. During the Term, and thereafter as specifically provided in Subsection 6.B.(25.B.(2) or 6.D.(25.D.(2), the Executive shall not, whether for himself or on behalf of any other person or company, directly or indirectly, solicit orders for the creation of antibodies in transgenic animals from any person or company, who at any time within the year three years prior to the end of the Term was a licensee, collaborator or customer of the Company.

Non-Solicitation of Orders. During the Term, and thereafter as specifically provided in Subsection 6.B.(2Sections 6(a)(ii), 6(b)(ii), 6(c)(ii), 6(d)(ii) or 6.D.(2and 6(e)(ii), the Executive shall not, whether for himself or on behalf of any other person or company, directly or indirectly, solicit orders for the creation of antibodies in transgenic animals from any person or company, who at any time within the year prior to the end of the Term was a licensee, collaborator or customer of the Company.
