Common use of Non-Solicitation of Restricted Persons Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Restricted Persons. While Employee is employed by the Company, and for a period of one (1) year immediately following the end, for whatever reason, of Employee’s employment with the Company, Employee shall not directly or indirectly solicit any Restricted Person to provide services to or on behalf of a person or entity in a manner reasonably likely to pose a competitive threat to the Company. For purposes of this Article VII, the term “Company” means Kohl’s, Inc. and its parent companies, subsidiaries and other affiliates.
