Any EI property used by vendors and their representatives while performing EI related business remains the property of EI. GIFTS EI employees cannot accept payments of any amount or gifts or favors valued in excess of $100 from persons or firms with which we have business dealings, unless prior approval is obtained from a vice president or more senior company official. Accordingly, you and your representatives should refrain from giving to EI employees gifts with a value of more than $100. INSIDER TRADING All EI employees, agency temporaries, independent coxxxxxxxxx, xxx vendor representatives are considered "insiders" for the purposes of state or federal securities laws that prohibit insider trading.
