Common use of Non-Solicitation Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation. 20.1 Neither Party shall, for the term of this Agreement and for a period of 6 months after its termination or expiry, employ or contract the services of any person who is or was employed or otherwise engaged by the other Party at any time in relation to this Agreement [without the express written consent of that Party].
