From and after the subordination depletion date, · interest shortfalls due to the federal Servicemembers Civil Relief Act or any comparable state laws will be separately calculated for each pool, and will be allocated solely to the classes of the related group, and · the compensating cap and non-supported prepayment interest shortfalls will be separately calculated for each pool, and non-supported prepayment interest shortfalls for a pool will be allocated solely to the classes of the related group.
