Non-Subordination of Claims. The Fund will not take any action that would have the effect of making a Permitted Holder’s claim on the Fund resulting from any Note subordinate in any way to claims on the Fund resulting from any other borrowing effected pursuant to Article VII, Section 1(i) of the Fund’s Articles of Agreement.
