Common use of NON-SUPPORTED SOFTWARE Clause in Contracts

NON-SUPPORTED SOFTWARE. Company is responsible for paying for support and maintenance for certain third party software products designated as [***]* under the Software Rights Schedule (Schedule F). Company may, in its sole discretion, elect not to maintain support and maintenance on any third party software product for which it is responsible.
