Non-Tangible Form. Any transfer of Confidential Information which is made in non-tangible form (for example, orally or visually) shall be confirmed in writing by the Transferring Party together with a written summary thereof to the Receiving Party, with a copy to the Program Managers of both Parties, within thirty (30) days after the date of such transfer.
