NON-TERMINAL ILLNESS. CONTRACTOR shall hand deliver, fax, and/or send via encrypted email to ADMINISTRATOR a written report within sixteen (16) hours after becoming aware of the death due to non-terminal illness of any person served pursuant to this Contract.
