Contractor shall submit the applicable packing slip and material invoice from the Contractor’s supplier to AT&T once the material is in the Contractor’s possession. Once AT&T accepts the packing slip and material invoice from the Contractor’s supplier, Contractor will be allowed to issue its invoice.
