Non-Transferability of PRSUs. The PRSUs are non-transferable.
Non-Transferability of PRSUs. The PRSU acquired by the Participant pursuant to this Agreement shall not be sold, transferred, pledged, assigned or otherwise encumbered or disposed of except as provided below and in the Plan.
Non-Transferability of PRSUs. The PRSUs and any interest therein will not be sold, assigned, transferred, pledged, hypothecated, or otherwise disposed of in any manner other than by will or by the laws of descent or distribution or by court order or unless otherwise permitted by the Committee on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Transferability of PRSUs. The PRSUs are non-transferable, except by the laws of descent and distribution. The Participant shall have no right as a shareholder, including voting or dividend rights, with respect to the PRSUs subject to this Agreement.
