Common use of NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NO SETTING OFF OF CREDIT AMOUNT Clause in Contracts

NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NO SETTING OFF OF CREDIT AMOUNT. (a) The Consumer shall not be entitled to transfer any credit amount as described in Clause 21(c) below to any other accounts of the Consumer or any third party account. For the avoidance of doubt, any remaining credit amount which may be subsisting at the end of each Billing Cycle Period or upon the termination of this Contract, as the case may be, shall be adjusted to zero without any compensation to the Consumer.
