Transfer of Credits a. When an employee is reemployed by the University within 100 days, the full balance of accrued sick leave shall accompany the employee unless the employee has received a lump sum payment for accrued sick leave. If an employee has received such a lump sum payment, the employee may elect in writing, upon re-employment, to restore the employee's accrued sick leave. Such restoration will be effective upon repayment of the full lump sum leave payment.
b. When an employee moves to a position in state government, the transfer of unused sick leave from the University shall be governed by the rules of the plan to which the employee is transferring.
c. The transfer of unused sick leave from a local government to a university position is not permitted unless a reciprocal agreement in writing between the University and the previous employing entity is in effect.

The AATP/ASTP Articulation Agreement establishes the procedures governing the transfer of credits for students who graduate from North Carolina Community College AATP/ASTP programs and apply to UNC System institutions. The AATP/ASTP Articulation Agreement does not address admission to a specific institution or Educator Preparation Program or major within an institution, nor does it imply a specific time toward degree completion.
Transfer of Credits. A. The receiving institution will apply 44 of the 63 credits from the sending program. A total of 76 credits remain to complete the receiving program.
B. Courses will transfer as described in the attached Program Articulation Table.
C. Courses are specifically identified in the attached Program Articulation Table requiring grades of “C” or higher that may be used towards the degree program. Grades received less than a “C” must be repeated if student is admitted into the program based on overall admission requirements.
D. Elective courses taken or substituted at the sending institution and sending program not listed in this agreement will be reviewed on a case‐by‐case basis and determined how they may apply to the degree at the receiving institution.

Transfer of Credits. If an employee is transferred to another division or department, any unused vacation credits which they may have accumulated shall continue to be available for their use. In the case of death, resignation, termination, or lay-off of an employee, there shall be paid to the employee, or widow/widower or other beneficiary as provided by statute, in addition to back pay then due, an amount that will compensate the employee for vacation leave which has accrued in accordance with this article.
