Non-Transit Traffic. Carrier shall not route over the Interconnection Trunks provided herein terminating traffic from a third party IXC destined for an End Office Switch in Telco’s network. Carrier shall not deliver traffic to Telco under this Agreement from a non-CMRS Telecommunications Carrier.

Calls that are addressed to a mobile unit and forwarded to a landline unit served by Telco shall be considered as originated by carrier, Carrier shall not deliver traffic to Telco under this Agreement from a non-non- CMRS Telecommunications Carrier.
