Common use of NON-UNIT SECRETARIAL/CLERICAL EMPLOYEES Clause in Contracts

NON-UNIT SECRETARIAL/CLERICAL EMPLOYEES. If a non-unit employee in a secretarial/clerical position with the Board, that but for its confidential nature would be included in the unit, moves to a unit position, then the employee shall be considered to have had continuous service with the Board as a unit member for seniority purposes from the original date of hire in the district in accordance with the Definitions Section of this Agreement.
