Common use of Non-Violative Agreement Clause in Contracts

Non-Violative Agreement. Neither the execution and delivery of this Agreement or the Attendant Documents to which Purchaser is a party nor the consummation of the transactions contemplated in this Agreement will conflict with, result in the breach or violation of or constitute a default under the terms, conditions or provisions of Purchaser's certificate of formation or limited liability company agreement or any other material agreement or instrument to which Purchaser is a party, or by which Purchaser is bound.

Non-Violative Agreement. Neither the execution and delivery of this Agreement or and the Attendant Documents to which Purchaser is a party nor the consummation of the transactions contemplated in this Agreement will conflict with, result in the breach or violation of or constitute a default under the terms, conditions or provisions of Purchaser's certificate ’s Articles of formation Incorporation or limited liability company agreement Bylaws or any other material agreement or instrument to which Purchaser is a party, or by which Purchaser is boundmay be bound or to which it may be subject.

Non-Violative Agreement.
