Collective Agreement. ARTICLE 1 -
Collective Agreement. All provisions of the Collective Agreement shall be applicable to Apprentices in this Program. Supplement No. 4a, Article III Continued
Collective Agreement. Collective Agreement means this collective agreement between the Employer and the Union.
Collective Agreement. 12.01 (a) The Board will supply all present employees with a copy of the agreement within thirty (30) days of signing the final agreement.
Collective Agreement. A copy of this Collective Agreement shall be issued by the Health Centre to each employee. The cost of preparing such copies will be shared equally by the Health Centre and the Union.
Collective Agreement. Upon reaching agreement on the administrative details of printing the Collective Agreement, and having sufficient copies of the Agreement printed, the Corporation shall provide each employee a copy of the current Collective Agreement. The cost of providing the Collective Agreements shall be shared equally between the Corporation and Union.

Collective Agreement. 6.1 The Board shall supply to the local Union one hundred (100) duplicate signed copies of this agreement at no charge.
Collective Agreement. 24.01 The Company agrees to supply each employee with a copy of this Collective Agreement.
Collective Agreement. Where the Hospital identifies high risk areas where employees are exposed to infectious or communicable diseases for which there are available protective medications, such shall be provided at no cost to the employee. Wage increases shall be paid retroactively back to April and shall apply to all employees in the bargainingunit as of that date. The retroactivity payment will be paid out by January These wage increaseswill be implemented one full pay period prior to the retroactivitypayout. For the purpose of this clause, the following shall be paid retroactively: salaries (based on all hours paid), compensation in lieu of benefits for part-time, temporary and casual employees, stand-by pay, call-back pay, premium, responsibility allowance, uniform allowance, overtime, pay, pay and allowance. For those no longer in the employ as of the date of of the Collective Agreement, the Hospital shall give notice of to retroactive salary increases only by RegisteredMail to the last place of residence the Hospital's records, with a copy of the notice to be sent to the Union. Only those employees apply in within thirty (30) days of the date of mailingof the notice shall be entitled to receive money under retroactivity provision. This Agreement shall remain in force until March and shall continue from year to year thereafter either party notifies other, in writing, of termination or proposed revisions, additions or deletions, to or from the Agreement. Such notificationwill be given not more than ninety (90) days prior to the expiry date of the current Agreement.
