NON-VOICE SYSTEMS. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE SERVICES ARE NOT SET UP TO FUNCTION WITH OUTDIALING SYSTEMS SUCH AS HOME SECURITY SYSTEMS, MEDICAL MONITORING EQUIPMENT, TTY EQUIPMENT, OR ENTERTAINMENT OR SATELLITE TELEVISION SYSTEMS. PROVIDER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INTERRUPTION OR DISRUPTION OF SUCH SYSTEMS BY THE SERVICES.
NON-VOICE SYSTEMS. End-User acknowledges that the Services are not set up to function with out-dialing systems including home security systems, medical monitoring equipment, satellite television systems and some facsimile systems. By consenting to these terms and conditions, End-User waives any claim against Provider for interruption or disruption of such systems by the Services.
NON-VOICE SYSTEMS. CUSTOMER acknowledges that the Services are not set up to function with outdialing systems including but not limited to home security systems; medical monitoring equipment; TTY (teletype), TDD (telecommunications device for the deaf), TT (text telephone) and similar equipment; and entertainment or satellite television systems. End user has no claim against GDS for interruption or disruption of such systems by the Services.
NON-VOICE SYSTEMS. Customer understands and agrees that the Services are not set up to function with out-dialing systems including home security systems, medical monitoring equipment, PSTN-based point of sale systems, satellite television systems and some facsimile systems. Customer agrees to hold harmless UNITY from all liability related to the function, interruption or disruption of such systems by the Services.
NON-VOICE SYSTEMS. Customer acknowledges that the VoIP Service is not set up to function with out dialing systems including home security systems, medical monitoring equipment, TTY equipment, and entertainment or satellite television systems. Customer has no claim against Tek-Hut for interruption or disruption of such systems by the VoIP Service.
NON-VOICE SYSTEMS. VoIP service and E911 service may not function with auto-dialing systems including home security systems, medical monitoring equipment, TTY equipment, and entertainment or satellite television systems.
NON-VOICE SYSTEMS. End User acknowledges that the Services are not set up to function with automated systems such as but not limited to home security systems, medical monitoring equipment, TTY equipment, and entertainment or satellite television systems. End User has no claim against 4Voice for interruption or disruption of such systems by the services.
NON-VOICE SYSTEMS. You acknowledge that the Services are not set up to function with out-dialing systems including home security systems, medical monitoring equipment, satellite television systems and some facsimile systems. You have no claim against Telonium for interruption or disruption of such systems by the Services.
NON-VOICE SYSTEMS. The Service is not designed for use with automated outdialing systems. Sprint is not responsible for any interruption or disruption of outdialing systems by the Service.
NON-VOICE SYSTEMS. You understand and acknowledge that the Service will not work properly with systems that make dial-up modem calls including home security systems, medical monitoring equipment, TTY equipment, and entertainment or satellite television systems.
