Non-Waiver of Contract Provisions. Failure of the Insurance Company or the Owner to enforce any provision of this Contract at any particular time or in any particular circumstances shall not operate to waive or modify such provision, nor shall it in any manner render such provision unenforceable at any other time or to any other occurrence, whether or not the circumstances are the same.
