Non-Waiver of Contract Provisions. 28.01 The failure of Owner to insist on strict compliance with the terms and conditions hereof or to exercise its options hereunder shall not constitute a waiver of its rights to thereafter require strict compliance or preclude Owner from fully exercising options not previously exercised.
