Non-Waiver Provision. The failure of either party to enforce any of the provisions of this Contract or to require performance by the other party of any of the provisions of this Contract shall not be construed as a waiver of such provisions nor will it affect the validity of this Contract or any part thereof or the right of either party to thereafter enforce each and every provision.
