Common use of Non-Warranty Repairs Clause in Contracts

Non-Warranty Repairs. If a problem is found which is deemed to be a non-warranty item, or if the Product is not covered by the Limited Warranty, BIT shall have the right to perform repairs on a time and materials basis after discussion and agreement with Client. Diagnostic evaluation shall be done by a qualified technician at BIT’s standard technician billing rates as listed in Schedule 1.
