Common use of Noncompete Consideration Clause in Contracts

Noncompete Consideration. In consideration for his execution of this Agreement, the Holding Company will pay to Covenantor the amount of $800,000 at the Effective Time provided Covenantor is then employed by Xxxxxx Bank.

Noncompete Consideration. In consideration for his execution of this Agreement, the Holding Company will pay to Covenantor the amount of $800,000 2,400,000 at the Effective Time provided Covenantor is then employed by Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx Bank.
