Common use of Noncompetition Area Clause in Contracts

Noncompetition Area. The "Noncompetition Area" shall consist of the following: (a) the United States (b) Canada; (c) U.S. Virgin Islands (d) Bahama Islands; (e) Puerto Rico; (f) Guam; (g) Saipan; and (h) any other state, country or political subdivision where Employer does or will do "Business" during the "Noncompetition Period" and in or for which the Employee assists or performs services assisting Employer, including, without limitation, Australia and Taiwan.
