Common use of Noncompetition by Withdrawing Member Clause in Contracts

Noncompetition by Withdrawing Member. Neither Withdrawing Member, nor any of its agents, officers, directors, in any LLC business (as defined herein), employees, shareholders or affiliates shall engage, directly or indirectly, in the United States, for a period of two (2) years following a closing described in either Section 8.4.6 above.
