Termination by the Corporation for Cause. (1) Nothing herein shall prevent the Corporation from terminating Executive for Cause, as hereinafter defined. The Executive shall continue to receive compensation only for the period ending with the date of such termination as provided in this Section 6c. Any rights and benefits the Executive may have in respect of any other compensation shall be determined in accordance with the terms of such other compensation arrangements or such plans or programs.
Termination by the Corporation for Cause. The Corporation will have the right to terminate Executive’s employment hereunder for Cause upon written notice to Executive and Executive’s failure to cure during any applicable cure period as set forth in this Agreement. If Executive’s employment is terminated for Cause, the Corporation will pay to Executive (i) accrued but unpaid Salary through the Termination Date (payable 45 calendar days after the Termination Date), and (ii) all unreimbursed expenses incurred by Executive prior to the Termination Date for which Executive is entitled to reimbursement pursuant to and in accordance with Section 2.5(c). Upon termination of Executive’s employment pursuant to this Section 2.7(b), except for the payments required by this Section 2.7(b) or as required by applicable law, the Corporation will have no additional obligations to Executive hereunder or otherwise and, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement (including but not limited to Executive’s obligations under Article III herein), this Agreement will terminate as of the Termination Date.
Termination by the Corporation for Cause. The Corporation may, at any time, immediately terminate the Executive’s employment for Cause, by giving written notice setting forth the nature of the Cause. (c) the conviction of the Executive of, or the plea by the Executive of nolo contendere to, a felony or a crime involving moral turpitude; or
(d) any continuing violation by the Executive in any material respect of any of the Corporation's policies or of any term or provision of any employment or other agreement between the Executive and the Corporation which, in any such case, is not corrected or abated by the Executive within 30 days after written notice of such violation is given by the Corporation to the Executive (repetition of the same violation as previously described in any such written notice after the 30 day correction period following such written notice shall be deemed to be a "continuing violation" by the Executive); or
(e) the Executive's unexcused total abandonment or neglect of the Executive's duties and responsibilities in connection with the Executive's employment with the Corporation (other than absences due to illness, physical or mental incapacity, vacations, or other excused absences) for a continuous period of ten working days.
