NONCOMPLIANCE WITH NONDISCRIMINATION LAWS. In the event of Contractor’s noncompliance or refusal to comply with any nondiscrimination law, regulation, or policy the Contract may be rescinded, canceled, or terminated in whole or in part, and Contractor may be declared ineligible for further contracts with OSOS. Contractor shall, however, be given a reasonable time in which to cure this noncompliance. Any dispute may be resolved in accordance with the “Disputes” procedure set forth in Section 10 above.
