Nonconforming Facilities and Equipment. Each party shall, at no cost to the other, make all repairs, alterations, modifications, or replacements which may be necessary to correct any conditions of premises or equipment which violate applicable building, sanitation, health, or safety law, ordinance, rule or regulation.
