Common use of Nondisclosure Contracts Clause in Contracts

Nondisclosure Contracts. Each of the Nondisclosure Contracts (as defined in Section 5.14(p) hereof) is a valid and binding obligation of Company enforceable in accordance with its terms, subject to applicable bankruptcy, insolvency and similar laws affecting creditors' rights generally.
