Nondiscrimination Compliance. 9.3.1 Contractor’s signature affixed hereon shall constitute a certification that to the best of its ability and knowledge will, unless exempted, comply with the nondiscrimination program requirements set forth in this section. 9.3.2 Contractor hereby certifies compliance with the following: a.
