Common use of Nonduplication Clause in Contracts

Nonduplication. This Agreement is not intended to duplicate any compensation or benefits to which you are entitled under any other plan, program, agreement or arrangement. Therefore, in the event you are entitled to any similar payments under the terms of any other plan, program, agreement, or arrangement of the Company, your payments under this Agreement will be correspondingly reduced.
