Common use of Nonexclusive Rights Clause in Contracts

Nonexclusive Rights. Nothing herein shall be construed to grant or authorize the granting of any exclusive right or privilege within the meaning of Section 308 of the Federal Aviation Act for the conduct of any activity on the Airport. Provided, however, subject to the terms and provisions of this Agreement, Concessionaire shall have the right to exclusive possession of the Leased Premises described by Section 2.01 hereinabove.
