Noninterference with Business. During this Agreement, and for a period of one (1) year immediately following its termination, each of Consultant and Officer agrees not to interfere with the business of Client in any manner. By way of example and not of limitation, each of Consultant and Officer agrees not to solicit or induce any employee, independent contractor, or Client customer to terminate or breach an employment, contractual or other relationship with Client.
