Common use of Nonmonetary Defaults Clause in Contracts

Nonmonetary Defaults. (a) As to non-monetary default under Section 7.2, 7.5, 7.16, or 7.20, or with respect to the breach of any of the negative covenants set forth in Article 8, there shall be a ten (10) day grace period following notice from Agent of such default;

Nonmonetary Defaults. (a) As to non-monetary default under Section 7.27.1.2, 7.5, 7.167.1.22, 7.1.23, or 7.20, or 7.1.24 with respect to the breach of any of the negative covenants set forth in Article 8, there shall be a ten (10) day grace period following notice from Administrative Agent of such default;

Nonmonetary Defaults. (ai) As to non-monetary default under Section 7.2, 7.5, 7.167.5.1, or 7.207.19, or with respect to the breach of any of the negative covenants set forth in Article 8, there shall be a ten (10) day grace period following notice from Agent of such default;

Nonmonetary Defaults. (ai) As to non-monetary default under Section 7.2, 7.57.5.1, 7.167.17, 7.22, 7.23, or 7.207.28, or with respect to the breach of any of the negative covenants set forth in Article 8, there shall be a ten (10) day grace period following notice from Agent of such default;

Nonmonetary Defaults. (a) As to non-monetary default under Section 7.2, 7.5, 7.167.18, 7.21, or 7.207.22, or with respect to the breach of any of the negative covenants set forth in Article 8, there shall be a ten (10) day grace period following notice from Agent of such default;

Nonmonetary Defaults. (a) As to non-monetary default under Section 7.2, 7.5, 7.167.17, 7.20, or 7.207.21, or with respect to the breach of any of the negative covenants set forth in Article 8, there shall be a ten (10) day grace period following notice from Agent of such default;

Nonmonetary Defaults. (a1) As to non-monetary default under Section 7.27.1.2, 7.57.2.2, 7.167.1.5(i), 7.2.5(i), 7.1.17, 7.1.22, 7.1.23, or 7.207.1.24, or with respect to the breach of any of the negative covenants set forth in Article 8, there shall be a ten (10) day grace period following notice from Agent of such default;
