NONMONETARY JUDGMENTS. Any nonmonetary judgment or order shall be rendered against any Obligor that would have a Material Adverse Effect and either (i) enforcement proceedings shall have been commenced by any person upon such judgment or order, or (ii) there shall be any period of 60 consecutive days during which a stay of enforcement of such judgment or order, by reason of a pending appeal or otherwise, shall not be in effect.
NONMONETARY JUDGMENTS. Any nonmonetary judgment, writ or warrant of attachment or similar process that could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect shall be entered or filed against Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective assets and shall remain undischarged, unvacated, unbonded or unstayed for a period of 60 days (or in any event later than five days prior to the date of any proposed sale thereunder); or
NONMONETARY JUDGMENTS. Any nonmonetary judgment, order or decree is entered against the Borrower, CHC or any Subsidiary which does or would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, and there shall be any period of ten consecutive days during which a stay of enforcement of such judgment or order, by reason of a pending appeal or otherwise, shall not be in effect; or
