Nonrenewal of Limited Teaching Contracts. a. (1) If the Superintendent intends to recommend the nonrenewal of a limited teaching contract, the teacher in question shall be given the reason(s) for such a recommendation. The Superintendent shall put the reason(s) for his/her recommendation in writing. The teacher may be accompanied by a representative of his/her choice at the time the Superintendent submits the reason(s).
