Common use of Nonsolicitation Confidentiality Noncompetition Clause in Contracts

Nonsolicitation Confidentiality Noncompetition. Your covenants contained in Section 8 of the Existing Agreement are incorporated herein by reference as if such covenants were set forth herein in full; provided, however, that your nonsolicitation and noncompetition covenants set forth in Sections 8.1 and 8.3, respectively, of the Existing Agreement will continue in effect through April 8, 2001.
