Similarly, at no time during the Protected Period or thereafter shall the Company, The ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Leveraged Equity Fund II, L.P., ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Capital Partners III, L.P., or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Capital Partners, the private equity unit of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Discover & Co., utter, issue or circulate any false, inappropriate or disparaging statements, remarks or rumors about the Executive.
